Single Origin Coffees
- Columbian - A classic! Smooth, balanced and nutty in a medium roast.
- Guatemalan - Medium bodied with delicate floral notes, it is spicy and complete, roasted medium.
- Sumatra (available in organically grown) - Bold, heavy bodied, and syrupy with a smokey-sweet flavor in a dark roast.
- Coasta Rican (available in organically grown) - Grown in the high volcanic region. It's initial crispness delevelops into a smooth, silky richness wether roasted light or dark.
- Panama - Good quality, well-rounded with hints of berries, lightly roasted.
- Ethiopian - Ethiopia is widely considered the birthplace of coffee. This origin is unusually rich and fruity, with hints of blueberry in a medium roast.
- Mexican (available in oraganically grown) - Sweet, balanced and nutty, roasted medium.
- Peru (always organically grown) - Balanced with good acidity and light bodied in a medium roast.
- Monsooned Malabar - A completely unique taste; smooth, rich, spicy and full-bodied, roasted medium.
- Brazil - Soft, mild with low acidity and a slight nutty flavor, roasted dark.
Decaffeinated
- Guatemalan, Brazil, Peru, and Spanish Peak's own espresso blend.
Espresso
- Benevento - A very popular espresso among our customers. A darker blend, when pulled correctly you will find it smooth and complex with the perfect amount of crema.
- White espresso - For those who like their espresso a little bit different, lightly roasted.
- SPC House espresso - Using premium beans, this is a perfect shot that is consistantly easy to pull.

- House - A smooth and balanced blend of medium roasted beans, for an all around satisfying cup.
- Breakfast - A blend of light and medium roasted South American coffees, great anytime, not just at breakfast.
- Steel City - Fresh and flavorful mix of three beans at different roast levels.
- Blue Mesa (formally Ventian blend) - Bright and fruity light roast mix.
- Black Canyon - A bold blend, strong and full bodied, inspired by The Gunnison, the river that carved the canyon.
- Mocha Java - Our version of a classic (includes the best beans) in a medium/dark roast mix.
- Sunshine Peak (formally Solar blend) - Bright, complex, and medium bodied, with hints of earthy and smokey flavors

- We use a light roast bean as the foundation of our superior flavored coffees.
